The Secretary General heads the everyday administration and management of the secretariat. He serves on contact as the Chief Executive Officer of the Sectoral Association and reports to the Board of Directors.

The department is responsible for project formulation , fund mobilization and capacity building of sectoral associations

The center plays a key role in provision of industrial information to the manufacturing community in Ethiopia

Serve as a point of contact to visitors and provide all the necessary information about the Sectoral Associations

The department supports the sectoral association by:

Preparing and maintaining budget, financial records, providing reports and analysis on the finances of the Chamber of sectoral associations.

Plans the human resource requirements, builds staff capacity, recruits, promotes and works to develop and retain the human resource of the sectoral associations.
